Over 1 million new jobs will be created over the next decade to accommodate the nearly 18 million new homes and apartments expected to meet the growing population need. Home building makes up 15% of this nation’s Gross National Product.

From Construction Management to Specialized Skilled Trades, this is an exciting, financially rewarding, growth industry with endless opportunities suited to match your individual talent, personality, and unique skills. You will get hands-on experience as we build a complete home, with all facets of construction, from footings to finish, sheetrock to shingles, including the latest cutting edge and new technologies.

You may complete and earn a 1 year Technical Certificate, or a 2 year Associates of Applied Science. Choose a career path that is distinctively shaped to fit your skills and personality, and conveniently located right in your own backyard.

Hands-on Experience

Construction is a broad industry with many specialized trades. You will gain skill through actual hands-on training in masonry, carpentry, roofing, windows, siding, soffits & facia, drywall, painting, tile, laminate, carpet, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and interior décor. During each one year block, students will build a house from start to finish.
